[schooltool-announce] SchoolTool 0.11.2 and SchoolBell 1.2.2 released

New releases of the stable branches of SchoolTool[1] and SchoolBell[2] are
available. The major changes from the previous versions interesting for
users are:
    * They include updated translations from Rosetta.
    * A bunch of long awaited speed optimisations.
