I think we still need two, although we should be able to think about a
better way to do it than having them on the same day separated by a
few hours.  Perhaps a different day at the same time for CanDo?

My budget isn't finalized, but it's my highest priority, travel-wise,
so it'll be Jean-Francois, Ignas and I for the whole time, unless
either or both of them can't get in the country.
