[schooltool-dev] SchoolTool server back up

A special thanks to Matthew Nuzum who very ably managed to get the
schooltool.org server up again late today.

Apparently the power supply in the schooltool server went down early
this morning, then unsolved issues issues from the last upgrade prevented
it from rebooting with a network.

But the server is running again and rebootable.
