Hi all,

In our sort of but not really coordinated fashion, Paul, Jean-Francois
and Ignas have all started, or are ready to start working on
gradebooks.  It looks like Paul is shooting ahead in terms of actual
checkins, so we definitely need to have a meeting between these three
guys (and anyone else who is interested or involved) ASAP.

We're covering a lot of timezones between Vilnius and Walla Walla, so
this'll be a little tricky.  We should probably start with Paul and
Ignas, since they're at the extremes... what are the constraints on
your schedule this week, guys?
