OK... getting a better sense of how the sprint needs to be scheduled.
We need to jam as much work into the time that Paul & Jason are in
Dallas as possible. Therefore, I propose the following. This is just
a suggestion and open to further discussion.

Friday Day: Attend PyCon.
Friday Evening: Begin sprint with presentation by ignas on timetable
event impementation in SchoolTool, which has been substantially
re-designed since CanDo '06 was branched (thus all the work in this
sprint has to be on the SchoolTool trunk); other introductory
talks/planning/setup.

Saturday Day: Attend PyCon
Saturday Evening: Attend OLPC talk; socialize; no formal (i.e.,
"required") sprinting.

Sunday Day: Attend morning keynote & sprint the rest of the time. You
can go to a talk or two if you want.
Sunday Evening 'til nobody's left: SPRINT!

On IRC today we discussed cleaning up the bug tracker on Friday night
as a first activity, but now I think we should hold off on that until
after Paul and Jason leave, since we don't need them to do that.
