I changed this series to "calendar" to be consistent with the usage on
schooltool.org and added more explanation on LaunchPad.  You don't
really want to use this translation, because no development work is
being done in this series.

I changed this series to "development."  Use this one with the version
of SchoolTool in Subversion.

Don't use SchoolBell at all.

Apparently, we need to do some work on the scripts that generate the
translation templates.  Currently they are missing some of the
messages.
