[schooltool-dev] Migration to launchpad

Hi all,

Jean seems a bit slow in announcing this, so I'll just announce it, even
though he did most of the work.

All of the bugs in roundup have been imported to launchpad and
re-directs have been set up from

http://issues.schooltool.org -> http://bugs.launchpad.net/schooltool/+bugs.

Additional re-directs are setup for individual bugs as well so that
links in subversion don't break, for example:

http://issues.schooltool.org/issue513 -> http://bugs.launchpad.net/schooltool/+bug/80195

New bugs can be filed at http://bugs.launchpad.net/schooltool/+filebug

I think this has been planned for a while now, but may still take some
by surprise, so please complain bitterly if anything is not to your
liking:)
