Many thanks to Jean-Francois and the LaunchPad team in following
through with this. It turned out to be a big job.
The practical advantages of this move include consolidating our
administrative tools on Launchpad and coordinating bugs between
SchoolTool-related projects (like CanDo) and SchoolTool itself. In
particular, if all goes well, in a few years there will be multiple
regional variations of SchoolTool, and Launchpad will be very helpful
in letting the various sub-projects know the status of bugs which
affect them.
