[schooltool-dev] cando buildbot slave down

I'm in the process of upgrading the internal development QA/buildbot
server from dapper to feisty.  Unfortunately the hardware wasn't
cooperating with me and I'm going to have to complete it tomorrow
(probably during the schooltool/cando dev meetings).


Hopefully I'll have news by the end of it and will be able to test the
new coverage and builds while jinty is around.
