I ripped out the Zope3 checkout and zpkg from the schooltool trunk a
while back. We don't need or depend on it anymore, so there's no point
in us testing it. Now we exclusively use eggs to get our dependencies.

The monolithic Zope3 checkout from svn.zope.org is an endangered species
anyway.
