I was quite happy to realize that switching to daylight savings time
makes our meeting an hour later rather than earlier.  I may actually
be semi-coherent.  We'll discuss whether or not we should move it an
hour earlier in reference to UTC now.

Points to discuss:

* fixing permissions for resource booking (what needs to be done);
* merging resource booking into trunk;
* long term discussion of a post-EuroPython release for Feisty+1
