We included this for a while, but it took extra programming time, and
in particular it didn't seem like something we'd be able to actually
support for production use.

Right now we're focusing our funded development on more
education-specific features.  I'd love to be able to use that CalDAV
support though.  We actually probably couldn't check in Apple
copyrighted code into our repository, because our policy is to only
check in code that we've got a share of the copyright on, but it would
be great to have a CalDAV module that could be integrated one way or
another.
