[schooltool-dev] Making packages of egg dependencies

I've been working my way through the SchoolTool dependencies, packaging
up as I go along.

There seem to be 2 left:
    * zope.optionstorage
    * z3c.javascript.mochikit

Unfortunately, I can't find a sane release of these two anywhere. By
sane release I mean a .tar.gz with a version number. (Hopefully
containing a file with the licence, as well;) 

Also, there seem to be no tags in any subversion repository anywhere I
can make a tarball of. I also don't know these projects well enough to
just release the current trunk.
