[schooltool-dev] Bug #139470 more important than "wishlist"

While it's not difficult to fix, it still would take some time
(writing functional tests, maybe even changing display logic which
would be very disruptive to other schooltool modules), and "someone"
in this case is either me or Alan Elkner. I am really sorry to say
that, but from my standpoint it is a "wishlist" feature. Things like
schooltool not working with unicode characters in titles of some
objects are just way more important to me, especially at the moment.
And if i don't have the time to fix it, only person who can do it is
Alan, not someone ;)
