Ok, it looks like the situation is:
Our debian unstable repository has all the new packages, the feisty
repository has all the dependencies, but does not have the new
schooltool release and the gutsy repository has no packages.
Basically, all that needs to be done is to re-build the packages for
feisty and gutsy. That has to be done on feisty/gutsy machines and is
reasonably trivial.
You can do it using my magic Makefile, though I think it is better to
find people to maintain the Ubuntu repositories. Preferably someone who
is actually using them. I believe some CanDo folks were duplicating the
work by packaging the latest version of Zope.

Nope, it's just the package re-building that's left to do. It should be
automated, but it's difficult to write a robust script to do it.
