[schooltool-dev] Items for today's agenda...

Please place the following items on the agenda for today's meeting:

1. Integration of former interns into SchoolTool work.  We have a number of former interns wishing to do work.  Brittney Nguyen and William Johnston are already working.  There are at least for others who have asked for work but not yet been given anything to do.  I fear a "use them or loose them" situation.  If we don't build on all the work we did training folks last Summer, the potential benefits could begin to dissipate.  We need the following:
  a. Concrete things for them to do
  b. Infrastructure on which for them to develop
  c. A clear set of procedures and processes for them to follow
  d. A SchoolTool developer to review and approve their work, and give them feedback and suggestions for work not approved to bring it up to approved status

2. Which way forward for the SchoolTool UI?  I noticed this morning that Paul's dashboard and the grade summary are back in the grade book (3 cheers for whoever made that happen!).  I think I have all I need now to begin using the grade book (I'll report back after classes today).  Now we need to figure out the proper thing to do with the SchoolTool UI to make it more usable in the future.
