[schooltool-dev] basic procedure for gradebook work

Jeff and I hashed this out on the phone.

* Jeff + interns will divide their work up into chunks as needed to
hit Jeff's deadlines.  These will be as small as possible.

* They'll check their work into the jelkner-gradebook branch in svn.

* They'll merge changes from trunk regularly into their branch.

* When this iteration is working, tested, and as good as they can make
it, they'll submit it to ignas.

* ignas will give them feedback & repeat until done.

* They'll move on to the next chunk of tasks.
