Hi all,

I don't think I've really announced that Alan Elkner is going to be on
the SchoolTool payroll for more or less the rest of the year.

The arrangement is for Alan to spend about 1/3rd of his time on CanDo
bugs, and the rest on SchoolTool, either on gradebook work with Jeff,
or other things I give him to work on.

On Friday one issue we discussed was a central server config/admin
screen, so I started a blueprint for that:

This came out of discussing database packing, and where the user
should go to do that.

So that's one thing we might discuss tomorrow.

If jinty can make the meeting, we still need a plan for releasing the
release.  I screwed around with the magic makefile on Gutsy, but I
don't understand enough magic to make it work.

Also, it looks like we're going to do some more work with Ian Benson,
which I'll explain.
