I've just set this up (using ignas' buildout). Someone still needs to
point 69.60.114.114 to book.schooltool.org. Then these URLs should work:

    HTML version: http://book.schooltool.org/
    PDF version:  http://book.schooltool.org/schooltool-book.pdf

Hopefully it should update once per day and Tom (and I) should get
e-mails if it goes wrong.
