I think it's logs... 160 twistd.log files 984K each can eat quite some
space. Maybe you can just skip everything that is *.log when backing
up? And the rest is the whole buildbot build history... so i am not
sure how much of it can we afford to lose...

schooltool-repository-backup
schooltool-svn-repository-export
are "backups" themselves so they will not get any new commits.
The other one though - the one under "schooltool" still takes up 158M,
but you can't get lower than that it's as packed as it can be, and
contains no "source code trees" inside.
