I would say there's nothing worth saving under /slaves, except maybe for
/slaves/$slavename/info/, and the only important thing under
/masters/schooltool is master.cfg.
Well, you may also want to preserve buildbot.tac, I think, if you want
to simplify backup recovery, but that one can be easily recreated.

I cannot find anything about backups on http://bazaar-vcs.org/
