OK, I've put a few paper mockups up on flickr here:

I think the thing to emphasize at this point is that we're wrestling
over relatively fine points now.  What was lost in Monday's meeting is
that Ignas seems to be on board with the basic concept.

Or perhaps I'm delusional and everyone will hate my drawings, and
we're all actually a long way apart.
