[schooltool-dev] mon & tues dev meeting

Sorry I've kept forgetting to note that we'll move the dev meeting
back until Tuesday, at least for Ignas, since Monday is a holiday in
Lithuania.  I probably need to talk to Alan at the regular time though
-- we'll do 9:30 EST.  Also on Tuesday we'll meet at the regular local
times which is shifted an hour now that daylight savings time is over
(or does Lithuania change at a different time?).
